I completely understand that emergencies happen. I ask that you please try to give me as much advance notice as possible if you think you will not be able to make your appointment. cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in your deposit being forefeited, and a new deposit will need to be made before booking another appointment.
as a new client, you will need to send a deposit of $60 in order to confirm your appointment time. this deposit will be applied to your total appointment cost. information about where to send the deposit will be sent when I reach out to book your appointment. your appointment time is NOT confirmed until I have received your deposit!
in general, I do not offer refunds on my work. I always want you to love your hair, and want you to feel comfortable letting me know if you aren't loving something. please let me know within 1 week of your service if any adjustments need to be made, and we will find time to get you back in and make things right.
extensions will be ordered once the hair deposit is sent. after the hair is ordered, refunds
will not be allowed. if you choose not to install the hair after it has been ordered, you will
be given the hair to keep, and it can be installed at a future time.
proper maintenance will be discussed during your initial
appointment. I cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from
improper maintenance. regular maintenance appointments are
manadatory for hair health and extending past the recommended time for a reintall may
cause damage to your hair. the color of your extensions may change and/or fade over
time after initial purchasing. retoning the extensions can be done, when necessary,
at an additional cost. extension hair will thin out on the ends as you wear them
and may require trims to keep the ends looking full. this will be included in your extension
maintenance appointment cost.
